Principal, Marketing – Business Development (Technical Marketing)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive MCU Marketing Staff Engineer to join our team and drive our market presence in the automotive industry in Japan.

Requirements

• Bachelor in engineering or related fields and 10+ years of work experience
• Ability to communicate fluently with Japanese people in Japanese and ability to communicate in English on a daily basis
• Strong knowledge of automotive Semiconductor/Automotive chips technologies, architectures, and applications
• Good understanding of Japan automotive markets (E/E architecture, ADAS, and Body)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams
• Proven experience in positioning and differentiating automotive MCU products
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable marketing goals
