Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will drive Renesas system solutions and collaborate closely with Sales, FAE’s, Product Groups, Channel marketing, and System Architects to formulate and execute strategic engagement plans to expand growth in the Industrial Automation segment.

What You Will Do

Engage with key market driving customers to understand requirements, drive solution-level solutions, and secure design wins. Prepare and continuously refine customer presentations to best communicate Renesas’ value proposition.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles
• Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market: trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, standards, etc.
• Experience with technical field sales and FAE’s combined with a proven ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, collaborating seamlessly with teams across multiple offices worldwide
