Role Overview

The Sales Data Analyst/Sales Admin will handle follow-up sales processes, monitor tasks and deadlines, and manage reports related to the Sales Department. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy across all sales reporting outputs in Vietnam.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include updating and tracking sales reports, managing demo and sales processes, and maintaining data integrity within iCABS and related reports.

Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service or Marketing
  • At least 01 year of experience in the field of service planning/sales administrator and/or customer service
  • Proven experience in sales data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting sales teams and commercial decision-making
  • Good working behavior
  • Problem Solving and Adaptability abilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Planning and Organizing
  • Microsoft Office & Google Skills
  • Good English skills
