Requirements
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with existing customers
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment placing outbound calls
- Exposure to home improvement, collections, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry- a plus
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, running reports, using shortcuts
- Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional and approachable demeanor over the phone
