The Business Development / Account Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is responsible for building and developing strategic partnerships with international Quick Service Restaurant chains.
Requirements
- Identifying new business opportunities within international QSR chains
- Development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives with key accounts
- Analysis of market trends, customer requirements and competitive environment in the QSR segment
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers at large QSR customers
- Development of customized solutions for spare parts management, service and supply chain
- Responsibility for sales growth and business development at assigned key accounts
- Close collaboration with product management, purchasing, supply chain and sales
- Translation of customer requirements into concrete product or service offers
- Support in developing new service and spare parts offers for QSR customers
- Leadership and implementation of strategic customer projects
- Coordination of internal teams for successful implementation of customer solutions
- Ensuring efficient introduction of new programs or solutions
- Analysis of requirements of global QSR chains
- Observation of trends in the area of food service equipment, service and spare parts
- Derivation of recommendations for product and service development
- Prominent entrepreneurial thinking and strategic strength
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into business solutions
- High level of self-initiative and result orientation
- Interpersonal competence and enthusiasm for international cooperation
- International travel readiness
- Fluent German and English (at least C1 level)
- Additional European languages an asset
