The role involves forecasting, pipeline analysis, funnel hygiene, and automating data ops to improve productivity and support sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ownership of forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance modeling
  • Track record of process improvement and automation with measurable impact
  • Experience supporting SMB and Enterprise motions
  • Executive-ready communication and strong cross-functional influence
  • Tools and Skills: Salesforce fluency, AI and automation, Data and BI (Tableau/Metabase), Sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper, HubSpot)
