Business Development Representative (London)

Replit is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives. The role plays a crucial part in the company’s go-to-market strategy and requires candidates with technical experience and a passion for technology and AI.

Requirements

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies
  • Articulate Replit’s value proposition and align it with customers’ business challenges
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logging in Replit’s CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
