Founding GTM Engineer

This role is focused on automating processes, managing influencer marketing, calculating CPMs, and building financial models. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with scripting and communication, and possesses organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a startup environment
• Comfortable with Python/scripting (with or without GPT)
• Strong communication skills (Slack, async docs, live conversations)
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Resourceful and able to learn quickly
• Experience conducting candidate interviews
