Role Overview
The Field Marketing and ABM Manager is responsible for executing regional field marketing programs that support pipeline development and customer engagement. This role supports pipeline progression efforts within assigned territories through targeted campaigns and sales collaboration.
What You Will Do
Execute integrated, multi-channel field marketing programs, including webinars, virtual events, in-person events, direct mail, and other engagement activities designed to generate demand and support pipeline development. Utilize account-based marketing best practices, intent data, anonymous web behavior insights, and marketing technologies to identify high-priority accounts and execute targeted marketing programs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on Field Marketing, Demand Generation, campaign creation, and execution
- Experience supporting pipeline development through regional, vertical, or account-based marketing programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to campaign execution and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS go-to-market motions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and other stakeholders to execute integrated marketing programs
- Working knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency, support campaign execution, and refine marketing or outreach content
- Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
