Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team at our Birmingham Store. This role will be working Monday-to-Friday hours 8:00am – 5:00pm and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the team to generate sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior sales/customer service experience, preferably in a trades or wholesale environment
• Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone as well as face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Confident communicating with customers by phone, offering advice and identifying upselling opportunities
