Inside Sales Leader role focused on the growth and enhancement of ADI’s APAC business, supporting customers directly, enabling Field Sales team, and building a high-performing Inside Sales function.
Requirements
- Proven sales/customer service experience in a similar position, ideally from B2B product distribution background
- Proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Proven professional experience in generating & closing sales opportunities
- Ability to influence across internal teams
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong experience in decision making, determined and result driven mindset, ability to quickly resolve issues
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Positive “Can Do” attitude with the ability to self-motivate and motivate others
- Ability to maintain and build sales profit and margin via an existing customer base
- Ability to support and drive marketing initiatives, seek new opportunities to build sales and profit, and develop new custom
