Resolver is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. As Marketing Operations Manager, you will set the strategy for how Resolver’s sales development and marketing systems track and route leads. You’ll have a close eye on the team’s current projects —and a strong say in what gets top billing when prioritizing requests.
Where necessary, you will spend time in the trenches to help alleviate bottlenecks. At the same time, you’ll be thinking ahead —both to medium-term projects and to long-term strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across Resolver to collect feedback —must-haves, recommendations, pain points, hopes and dreams —to make sure our processes are optimized to move the needle on our key metrics.

What you’ll be doing:
Project Management (30%):
Measure of success: Tasks completed on time. Reduced platform errors. Total number of high-quality leads processed/routed
- Own the schedule for the operations team, determine bandwidth,set/enforce deadlines, flag when we need to adjust timelines.
- Work closely with Demand Generation and Sales Development teamsto determinelong-term priorities. Ensure that operations are allaligned with KRs
- Develop detailed plans/timelines tosupport key initiatives fromDemand Generation and Sales Development teams. Determinesuccess metricsandmonitor them as projects progress
- Monitor usage in Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, Chilipiper etc.to ensure our processes are delivering the desired outcomes for internal teams
Operations (25%):
Measures of success:Tasks completed on time, total number of opportunities from marketing campaigns
- As needed, assist with development and deployment of emailcampaigns using our marketing automation platform (Marketo).
- Build programs to route and assign leads from Marketing campaigns(e.g.events, webinars, account-based marketing campaigns)
- Monitor and troubleshoot programs to ensure prospects are assignedand tracked properly.
Team Management (25%):
Measures of success:Marketing efforts result in achievement of targets. Team works within established processes. Clear communication of progress within the Marketing team and to external stakeholders
- Mentor and coach a team of twoto helpachieve KRs and personalperformance objectives
- Partner with the Talent team on hiring decisions as an active part ofthe hiring process
- On-board new team members to maximizetime-to-productivity
- Manage, evaluate and adjusts strategy to meet business goals
Marketing Strategy (20%):
Measures of Success:Opportunities generated. Total number of high-quality leads processed/routed
- Utilize marketing results to make recommendations to campaignstrategies and tactics that achieve departmental goals.
- Generate and implement test strategies, including A/B multi-varianttesting.
- Champion marketing insights and customer-centric thinking.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation/marketing operations roles
- 1+ years formalized coaching experience
- Knowledge of contact management, data management and email marketing best practices
- Technical savvy with strong communications and problem-solvingabilities.
- Experience withmarketing channel & campaign reporting, planningand analysis
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
