We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will provide front-line customer service support to ReSource Pro Compliance customers. You will receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat, and provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Tax filing experience preferred but not required
