The Demand Generation Manager will own the execution for penetrating target enterprise and mid-market accounts. This role will create high-impact programs that deliver qualified sales opportunities. This position is responsible for ideating long arc campaigns and determining the

tactics to engage our target audiences at each point of their buying journey. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this incumbent will collaborate closely with teammates in Sales, demand generation, content, and marketing operations and will execute our new account-based marketing strategy.

How you’ll add value:

  • Partner with the sales organization to develop winning and world-class demand generation campaigns focused on our strategic top 250, 500, and 1,000 accounts for the enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Manage and execute account based advertising via 6sense in conjunction with our Sr.
  • Manager of Demand Generation and Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with integrated campaign managers, field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing to execute campaign
  • Manage and execute account-based events for the sales and customer growth teams
  • Partner with marketing operations and digital marketing to optimize content across the digital journey for our strategic accounts
  • Own demand generation gifting programs leveraging Sendoso and highly personalized campaigns for top tier target accounts
  • Create personalized landing pages, image assets, collateral, and brand specific content, etc. to reach various target accounts
  • Organize, plan, and execute targeted outbound experiments that convert our target accounts into meetings and sales opportunities
  • Lead account, contact research, and data mining efforts in partnership with the Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative teams to create a data-driven outreach strategy that tests hypotheses and fuels 1:1 or 1 to few outreach experiments, resulting in responses from our target buyers
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 7+ years of experience in ABM or Demand Generation (B2B SaaS Marketing Experience Preferred)
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including email, digital, direct mail, and events
  • Experience partnering with Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative teams along with Account Executives to achieve target response and conversion rates
  • Working knowledge of key sales milestones, metrics, and funnel performance rate
  • Strong knowledge of the current and up-and-coming marketing tech landscape


  • Experience with intent-based or ABM platforms (e.g. 6Sense), as well as with Marketo, Google Analytics, Unbounce, Drift, and Paid Social Platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
