The Manager, Sales Enablement will work with sales leadership to plan, develop, execute, and continuously assess, optimize and improve enablement programs and processes that will deliver skills, resources, programs and data required to meet strategic sales goals and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization at Restaurant365.

How you’ll add value:

  • Be the strategic partner to sales, post-sales teams and marketing operations including managing documentation for contracts, sales processes/ policies methodology, sales training materials, and identifying industry/product knowledge training opportunities.
  • Own an effective onboarding process for new sales employees, reduce ramp-up time for sales employees, and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Develop and lead learning and training programs and processes for the Sales organization with respect to relevant sales skills, product domain knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales process methodology to help increase sales productivity by simplifying processes, implementing new processes and proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process finding ways to reduce them.
  • Provide insights to advise revenue leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions.
  • Build reports to inform sales account executives & sales leadership on historical results, current performance, & expected results in the future.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and establish accountability metrics necessary for success.
  • Help manage technologies used by the sales team and evaluate the effectiveness of the technologies.
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training and learning development.
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
  • Development of current and new enablement initiatives including staying up to date on industry trends, customer news, and changes in the competitive landscape.
  • Continuously optimizing existing approaches to sales enablement.
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment working effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives, creative approaches, and multiple competing deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, sales enablement, or learning and development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team over sales, sales enablement, or learning and development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating sales onboarding and learning and development programs, processes and best practices in a variety of mediums with scalability in mind.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment including sales content, tools, and training.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) and configure, price, quote (CPQ) applications.
  • Proven analytical skill to compile large sets of data into an understandable format. You know how to craft compelling presentations and can take leadership through data deep-dives.
  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales enablement platform.
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills with strong confidence and poise when engaging sales audiences and executives.
  • Fast learner with enthusiasm and passion for sales and developing others
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus!
