Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry. We’re looking for a Principal Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team and help drive business decisions with data insights. As a strategic engine, you’ll navigate complex datasets, interpret trends, and provide proactive recommendations to the business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Minimum of 5 years Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst Operations experience
- Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycles, and recurring revenue
- Direct experience in or supporting a Customer Success organization
