Restaurants Sales Manager – Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

The Restaurants Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across restaurant outlets by proactively generating business, managing key accounts, developing partnerships, and positioning the restaurants as preferred dining venues.

Requirements

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for restaurant dining, group bookings, and events
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business plans
  • Develop and manage excursion, tour operator, and DMC-driven F&B business
  • Collaborate closely with Hotel Sales, Concierge, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to convert in-house guests, groups, and external leads into restaurant dining and events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, event planners, and local partners
  • Develop strategic partnerships to increase footfall and brand exposure
  • Work closely with Marketing and F&B teams to promote seasonal offers, promotions, and special events
  • Represent the restaurant(s) at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
  • Oversee the F&B Reservations team, ensuring efficient handling of all restaurant reservations, group dining inquiries, and special event bookings
