With a passion for innovation and customer success, we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help build the engine that powers our growth.
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational backbone of our sales team. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, drive performance through data, and equip our salesforce with the tools, processes, and insights needed to thrive.
- Own the sales tech stack (CRM, reporting tools, sales enablement platforms), ensuring adoption and continuous optimisation
- Design, implement, and manage scalable sales processes and workflows
- Track key sales metrics (pipeline, conversion, forecasting accuracy) and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies and drive cross-functional efficiency
- Lead sales planning initiatives—territory design, compensation modelling, quota setting
- Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives to improve sales effectiveness
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across the sales cycle
- Proven prior experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Hubspot, and other sales analytics tools
- Great analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Proven experience optimising sales processes in a high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience working in a tech SaaS company
- Exposure to sales enablement or sales training programs
- Familiarity with tools like PowerBi, LinkedIn or Outreach
