GTM Systems Lead

Retool is building a platform for automating custom software with AI-driven code generation. They are seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Lead to own the architecture of their GTM stack and guide the integration of Salesforce, Retool, Polytomic, Outreach, and other tools. This role focuses on scaling and improving the MTM flow and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Technical Program Management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with system design, data modeling, and automation frameworks.
• Strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
