Role Overview

Lead and inspire an outside sales team, train, coach, and motivate them to perform. Lead from the front by producing sales and closing deals with new homeowners. Build a team culture and grow people.

What You Will Do

Lead meetings, celebrate wins, create a team vibe, ride along with new reps, teach them the ropes, and help them earn big. Track results and develop performance goals.
