The Business Development Associate supports the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue-generating initiatives.
Requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential leads
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Support the execution of business development and sales strategies
- Track and report on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and business development results
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts with company objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
