The Business Development Associate supports the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential leads
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Support the execution of business development and sales strategies
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and business development results
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts with company objectives
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
