As a Revenue Enablement Manager – Readiness & Content, you will ensure that commercial teams have the right knowledge, tools, and content at the right time to drive faster execution and higher quality deals. You will own the creation, governance, distribution, and optimisation of enablement content to support global commercial teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations role
- Track record of creating and driving adoption of impactful enablement materials
- Experience managing a content system and/or proficient in owning systems
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of sales and customer success motions
- Content Fluency: Exceptional writing and content development skills
- Operational Rigor: Skilled at managing processes, systems, and workflows
- Collaboration & Influence: Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- Analytical Mindset: Able to track content performance and make data-driven decisions
