We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales, marketing and customer success teams. You will improve go-to-market (GTM) performance through analytics, tooling and data stewardship. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our GTM teams to scale efficiently through revenue and funnel modeling, goal setting, forecasting, and compensation design. We are looking for someone who can visualize the full-funnel revenue process and is a true technical expert with key tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support semi-annual go-to-market planning process —including quota, capacity, hiring plans, territory design and routing, and sales segmentation
- Drive continuous improvements in revenue forecasting and compensation design
- Evaluate productivity and pipeline health to identify risks/opportunities
- Design, instrument, and track KPIs, dashboards and alerts for all GTM functions
- Conduct deep analytics to support strategic decisions, such as pricing, packaging, and segmentation
- Design and implement scalable processes and tools to ready the organization for long-term growth
- Participate in strategic GTM projects such as process redesign and tech stack optimization
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM — including user administration, workflows, reporting
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS company
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce, including creating reports, dashboards, objects and flows
- Experience visualizing and analyzing data in spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Comfortable working with ambiguous data and processes
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, customer success and finance
- Obsessed with creating scalable and automated processes
