We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with a demonstrated track record of delivering actionable insights, automating inefficient processes, and enabling sales and marketing teams to focus and execute faster and more effectively. You’ll need to be a sharp thinker and a strong communicator who is comfortable translating data into insights and sharing those insights across all levels of the business.
In this role you will:
- Drive the execution of critical GTM projects that lead to step change improvements in sales velocity, marketing optimization, forecast accuracy and seller efficiency
- Support our marketing, sales, and customer success teams (aka the go-to-market teams) with data-driven insights and performance metrics, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Develop reliable data models for key reporting and forecasting processes, enabling insights at scale for our go-to-market teams.
- Evaluate the performance of our campaigns — across marketing & sales — by interpreting key commercial metrics like CAC, LTV, customer conversion rates, MQL:sales ratios, and forecasted pipeline coverage.
- Regularly report on performance, forecasts, and KPIs across the business in dashboards and written summaries to company leadership
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that enable both leaders and field to make more informed day-to-day decisions
- Design and implement Airtable-driven workflows and automations to help our field team prioritize tasks and grow our business
This person should have:
- Prior experience in a Revenue Operations or Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy role
- Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders to deliver high-impact work
- Strong data analysis and modeling skills, ideally with experience using BI tools such as Looker and/or SQL, Excel, and SaaS business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail
