We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company’s revenue generation strategies and optimizing go-to-market processes by leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue performance and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maintain hygiene and structure in CRM and GTM systems
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning to optimize sales effectiveness
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency
- Drive data integrity and best practices in the use of Salesforce and associated revenue tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and implement technological solutions
- Assist in process automation and workflow enhancements that improve scalability of revenue operations
- Participate in initiative planning and help implement scalable solutions across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or related analytical role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus
