Revenue Operations Analyst

As the Revenue Operations Analyst for RxVantage, you will provide clear insight between data and revenue performance, driving data-informed decisions across the client lifecycle. You will own the design, maintenance, and evolution of GTM reporting, providing executive-level insights that enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency, and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management motions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment between Go-To-Market systems and financial systems by reconciling revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics and resolving discrepancies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across each motion.
  • Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities within GTM motions using data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure alignment on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards across systems.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis.
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as the GTM strategy evolves.
  • Partner with other members of the Revenue Operations team to ensure all necessary mechanisms are in place within the GTM tech stack to execute quality reporting and analysis.
