As the Revenue Operations Analyst for RxVantage, you will provide clear insight between data and revenue performance, driving data-informed decisions across the client lifecycle. You will own the design, maintenance, and evolution of GTM reporting, providing executive-level insights that enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency, and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management motions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Ensure data integrity and alignment between Go-To-Market systems and financial systems by reconciling revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics and resolving discrepancies.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across each motion.
Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities within GTM motions using data-driven analysis.
Ensure alignment on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards across systems.
Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis.

Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as the GTM strategy evolves.
Partner with other members of the Revenue Operations team to ensure all necessary mechanisms are in place within the GTM tech stack to execute quality reporting and analysis.
