About the Role:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing insights and operational guidance
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
- Assist in optimizing our CRM and other go-to-market tools
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant business operations or analytics role
- Strong proficiency with Excel and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
