Revenue Operations Associate

What you’ll do:

  • Own and improve our go-to-market (GTM) systems and data to optimize performance and efficiency across the growth org
  • Partner with leaders in marketing, sales, support and success, sales engineering and finance to solve their most pressing operational challenges
  • Execute on high-impact projects, including designing and implementing new processes and tooling, managing project timelines with stakeholders, and defining and measuring success
  • Bring order to complex GTM systems and data through auditing, documentation, integration, and clean up
  • Monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and proactively update and maintain data integrity across our systems
  • Use low/no-code tools like Zapier, Workato, Tray.io (or other automation platforms) to streamline manual workflows

About you:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations role working on GTM systems, processes and/or data
  • You have managed a commercial tech stack including CRMs, marketing automation platforms and data enrichment tools
  • You have experience building automated workflows using low/no-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Workato, Tray.io)
  • You have experience with reporting and analytics and understanding sales and revenue KPIs
  • You thrive in bringing clarity to ambiguity and defining the path forward for complex projects
  • You are flexible, collaborative, and able to influence others
  • You deeply understand the systems and data you work with
