Revenue Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Director to build scalable infrastructure, optimize revenue generation, and drive operational excellence across our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes
  • Build data-driven systems, dashboards, and reports that align go-to-market teams
  • Design and implement CRM, automation, and operational tools to scale revenue operations
  • Collaborate with executives to define KPIs, forecasting models, and strategic planning
  • Identify process improvements and measure impact on efficiency and revenue performance

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of revenue funnels and metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
  • Proven track record of building scalable systems in high-growth B2B environments
