We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Director to build scalable infrastructure, optimize revenue generation, and drive operational excellence across our rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes
- Build data-driven systems, dashboards, and reports that align go-to-market teams
- Design and implement CRM, automation, and operational tools to scale revenue operations
- Collaborate with executives to define KPIs, forecasting models, and strategic planning
- Identify process improvements and measure impact on efficiency and revenue performance
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of revenue funnels and metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proven track record of building scalable systems in high-growth B2B environments
