About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Enablement Manager to drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and RFP coordination across the organization. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support revenue growth.
You’ll be the central point of contact for sales enablement initiatives, sales operations processes, and RFP management—ensuring our sales team is equipped, our systems are optimized, and our tender responses are timely and complete.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and reporting
- Train sales teams on CRM use and ensure adoption
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking
- Track KPIs like conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and win/loss ratios
- Optimize sales processes and workflows for efficiency
- Evaluate and implement automation tools to streamline operations
Sales Enablement
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for the Sales team
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and content
- Implement and manage sales tools and platforms
- Monitor sales representative performance and identify skill gaps
- Management of the business development contact database
RFP Management
- Monitor relevant platforms and websites for public tenders
- Build and maintain RFP library and RFP response tools
- Act as the central coordinator for all incoming RFPs across the company
- Manage the RFP response process as a project manager:
- Assign responsibilities to sales directors
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission
- Coordinate the collection of required documents
- Draft or oversee cover letters and ensure proper sign-off.
- Upload and submit responses via designated portals when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or RFP coordination or other relevant roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Fluency in French and English is necessary, additional Spanish and/or German language proficiency is a plus
