Revenue Operations Lead

Revenue Operations is critical to enabling the success of GTM teams at our company. As an early member of this strategic function, you’ll play a central role in aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to maximize revenue generation efficiently and predictably.

We are seeking a proactive RevOps Lead to partner closely with the executive team and department leaders. You’ll own our GTM tech stack (Hubspot, Salesloft), build and optimize processes, instruments, and dashboards, and provide crucial data and insights that improve go-to-market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic thought partner to leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on go-to-market strategy, performance, and execution
  • Build the foundation of RevOps through designing core metrics, creating standardized reporting, and optimizing GTM systems and processes
  • Own tooling and reporting infrastructure (Hubspot, Salesloft) and drive roadmaps that improve operational efficiency and performance visibility
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards that provide insights into pipeline generation, forecasting, sales productivity, conversion rates, and retention
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on performance trends and make data-backed recommendations to GTM and executive teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning processes including goal setting, $ quotas, territory planning, headcount modeling, and compensation
  • Standardize and document best practices and workflows across the go-to-market funnel to enable future growth and scale

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or equivalent functions such as BizOps or FP&A at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strategic and analytical problem-solver who enjoys getting into the weeds and operating autonomously
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and GTM funnel metrics/KPIs
  • Fluent in data analysis and data tooling (Excel, Looker, SQL, etc.)
  • Expertise with CRM (Hubspot preferred), sales engagement systems, and GTM tooling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly adaptive, and desire to build from the ground up

Nice to haves

  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or in a high-growth environment
  • Prior experience in CRM administration, database management, or systems implementation
  • Background in Finance and/or experience with financial modeling
  • Previous ownership of international Sales, Marketing, or Success operations
