Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue operations strategy across marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Implement data-driven processes for forecasting, analytics, pipeline management
- Evaluate and maintain GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other tools
- Partner with Finance to align planning, budgeting and compensation models
- Create dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Revenue, Sales or Marketing Ops or related fields
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, BI tools
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration ability
- Strong executive communication skills
