We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing GTM operations team. This strategic and hands-on role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Salesforce operations, supporting our GTM teams while implementing new processes to increase efficiencies and output. This is a hybrid role for someone who can effectively balance both the strategic and tactical level, moving effectively between long-term planning and real-time execution.
What you will do:
- Create and manage reporting for the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, CS) to evaluate and measure results.
- Drive business insights of trends, KPIs, performance, and productivity analysis.
- Define roles, territories, and compensation plans in line with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with the sales team to streamline sales activities such as forecasting, pipeline reviews, and top-of-funnel activities.
- Drive process improvement and automation for KPIs across the revenue funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, CS, and finance to optimize campaigns and GTM initiatives.
- Lead and support the implementation and optimization of GTM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Clari, etc.).
- Maintain documentation of key systems and processes.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of Revenue Operations or similar experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (required), Hubspot, Clari, Zoominfo, Gong, and other sales/marketing tools (preferred).
- Ability to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from data.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a bias toward action.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite/Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
