We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our rapidly growing revenue operations function.
The ideal candidate is data-driven and action-oriented with experience supporting sales and revenue teams with metrics, processes, and go-to-market strategy.
Your responsibilities:
- Work with leadership across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to ensure effective GTM planning and execution.
- Manage pipeline and forecast reporting – build dashboards, inspect pipeline health, evaluate forecast coverage, and track performance against goals.
- Develop and monitor KPIs in weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
- Manage CRM system (Hubspot) and revenue systems – drive sales tech stack evolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and source-of-truth reporting infrastructure.
- Support annual planning, quota-setting, and territory design.
- Identify bottlenecks in GTM execution and deploy systems solutions and/or process improvements.
- Act as the connective tissue between our sales, marketing operations, and product-led growth functions.
- Work cross-functionally on our revenue data architecture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Revenue/Sales/Marketing/GTM Operations or Strategy.
- Highly analytical – excellent in Excel / Google Sheets; advanced knowledge of Hubspot; working knowledge of tools like Salesforce, CPQ, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Mode).
- Proven project management skills and cross-functional execution ability.
- Naturally curious with a bias toward action and learning.
