The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to help DealHub scale. We do this by strategically aligning the broader Go-to-Market team (including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) around end-to-end processes, systems, data, and infrastructure.
This role will be focused on helping us achieve pipeline and ARR goals by working closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to achieve pipeline goals. The Marketing organization is changing rapidly and increasingly becoming more data-driven and focused on efficient growth — we are looking for someone to help lead this evolution from a Revenue Operations and strategy perspective.
You will work on high impact projects that touch broad stakeholders such as:
- Marketing channel investment performance
- Database growth and health metrics
- Lead scoring
- Marketing performance metrics and reporting
- Conversion rates across the funnel
- Campaign performance, attribution, and reporting
- Marketing and Sales process alignment
- Marketing strategy and planning support
