Tasks
- Optimize processes around the sales funnel, from lead generation to customer success
- Work hand-in-hand with all go-to-market teams and identify opportunities to improve workflows
- Implement and maintain RevOps tooling (e.g. CRM, BI tools)
- Own automation across our revenue teams
- Be the one who enables everyone else to succeed in their goals through data and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations experience
- Strong experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRMs, as well as Excel/Google Sheets and ideally BI tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
- A sharp mind with the ability to crystalize complexity for different audiences
- Excitement for building up a new function from scratch
- A bias for action and the ability to proactively push projects forward
- Excellent communication skills in English (German not required)
