Revenue Operations Systems Manager (UK or RO based)

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Systems Manager to take ownership of our suite of Go-to-Market applications, with particular responsibility for our CRM and integrations.

We currently use:

  • HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS)
  • Gainsight (CSM, PX)
  • Mixpanel
  • Chargebee
  • Intercom
  • Guru
  • Notion
  • Gong
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clearbit
  • Zoominfo
  • Multiple integrations through Zapier and Merge.dev

This role will suit someone who geeks out about scaling, automation and collaboration and who understands the importance of business process in ensuring system adoption and driving revenue growth.

You’ll be joining a small RevOps team that sits within Revenue Enablement and Business Operations. You’ll initially report into our Head of Revenue Enablement and Business Operations (who was until recently our own RevOps lead).

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in being the behind-the-scenes hero and who thrives when working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Engineering and People & Culture.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Project management of RevOps system initiatives (e.g. new tool adoption) and implementations (e.g. providing GTM support for new product launches)
  • Building and improving processes, workflows and integrations within and between our tools.
  • Managing external partners (e.g. Hubspot consultants) and working with stakeholders across the business to ensure deadlines are met and requirements are clear and documented.
  • Helping plan how to scale our usage of our tools
  • Managing user access and troubleshooting issues
  • Identifying opportunities for automation across the GTM funnel
  • Providing training and documentation to your teammates before tech releases
  • Taking ownership of the technical setup of HubSpot – including handling templates, workflows, permissions structures and custom objects

What you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar RevOps Systems Admin/Manager/Analyst function within a SaaS business
  • Experience managing HubSpot – and a strong point of view on where we should be heading
  • Management of SFDC instances a plus
  • Experience with system architecture and troubleshooting technical blockers
  • Experience managing projects between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • The ability to prioritise ruthlessly and set clear expectations
  • Working hours must overlap with 9am – 5pm UKT
  • You must be based in the UK or Romania and have the right to work there, without requiring sponsorship

This role is 100% remote, but we get together regularly and as required.
