What can you expect?
You will start off as a RevOps Consultant that can lead projects and interact with clients. From there we train and coach you so that you can become a well-rounded Senior RevOps consultant.
What will your day look like?
Your day will start by reviewing team and personal tasks in ClickUp. We manage a pipeline of features and releases for each of our clients, ensuring structured deployment and delivery. Mornings are dedicated to deep work without distractions or meetings. You might be building a new RevOps dashboard, creating workflows and automations, building a sales territory, writing a playbook or documentation.
In the afternoon, you might have client calls to capture project requirements or discuss results. Most communication, both external and internal, is done asynchronously to minimize time spent on calls.
Client-focused and Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their RevOps needs are met.
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to track progress and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth.
20% of your time will be spent on internal RevOps projects, including:
- Researching RevOps and GTM topics.
- Collaborating on RevOps training courses.
- Creating content for social media to enhance your professional development.

What does a great fit look like?
- Hands on mentality with background working in scaleups / enterprises
- 5+ years experience in SalesOps, MarOps, RevOps, or a similar field.
- Love technical problem solving and are comfortable with tools
- Ability to build reports in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel
- CRM Experiences with Salesforce required
- Additional CRM experiences in HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive welcome
- Knowledge of other GTM tech is a plus
- Super organized with a keen eye for detail
- Enjoying solving complex cases on finding drivers for business growth
- Like coordinating projects and making sure all goes smoothly throughout the project
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with us, and our clients from various industries.
