Job Description

As the Head of GTM at RevGen Labs, you’ll lead our team of GTM Engineers/Campaign Managers and drive the strategic direction of our client campaigns. This leadership role requires someone who can build and optimize outbound systems while developing a high-performing team.

Your Biggest Priorities:

  1. Design and implement cutting-edge outbound strategies that deliver exceptional results for our 20+ clients
  2. Interface with clients to gather requirements and deliver actionable items
  3. Build and develop a team of GTM Engineers while ensuring campaign excellence and timely delivery
  4. Create scalable processes that drive efficiency and maximize client ROI

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of campaign management
  2. Expert knowledge of modern GTM tools – Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Email Bison, etc.
  3. Strong understanding of sales automation and workflow optimization
  4. Deep insight into B2B sales psychology and persuasive copywriting
  5. Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
  6. Native-level English speaking and writing skills
  7. Reliable tech setup for remote work
  8. Availability during US business hours
