Job Title: Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Consultant

Location: Remote (Preference for Arizona Resident)

Role Overview:

RevOnyx is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Systems Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for executing system configurations, automations, integrations, and data management within Salesforce, HubSpot, and other RevOps tools. You will work closely with clients to ensure technical implementations align with their business needs while adhering to best practices. As a key member of our team, you’ll serve as the technical backbone for every engagement—analyzing data, providing consulting services, managing projects, and integrating systems to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation potential.

RevOnyx is a RevOps-as-a-Service agency, specializing in RevOps tech stack transformations for small/mid-market technology companies. By blending CRM optimization, advisory services, & tech stack integration design, RevOnyx is a one-stop-show for businesses seeking to increase revenue potential.

Contract Details:

  • 6-month contract role with a planned transition to full-time employment (W2) upon successful completion of the contract period.
  • Target of 20-30 billable hours per week.
  • Pay range: $6,000 – $9,000 per month, based on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Implementation:

  • Configure Salesforce and HubSpot with custom fields, page layouts, and user permissions.
  • Design and implement automations, workflows, and integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.

Systems Integration & Issue Resolution:

  • Integrate third-party RevOps tools (e.g., DocuSign, Outreach, Apollo, LeanData, DealHub, ChiliPiper, SalesLoft, ClickUp, ChurnZero).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors, data discrepancies, and system malfunctions.
  • Implement validation rules, permissions, and governance policies to maintain system integrity.

Documentation & Process Standardization:

  • Maintain clear documentation of technical implementations using tools like ClickUp, Loom, and Harvest.
  • Follow RevOnyx’s standard operating procedures for system builds and configurations.

Budget & Time Management:

  • Track and manage billable hours through Harvest, ensuring detailed time descriptions for client work.
  • Communicate any potential project delays to the Principal RevOps Consultant, adjusting project roadmaps and client expectations as needed.

Client Support & Communication:

  • Serve as a backup for the Principal RevOps Consultant during client meetings and Slack communication.
  • Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on training to end-users on new system functionalities.

Continuous Learning & Certification Maintenance:

  • Maintain active Salesforce and HubSpot certifications.
  • Stay current with emerging RevOps tools and best practices to enhance client implementations.

Preferred Technical Experience:

  • Experience with RevOps tools: DocuSign, DealHub, ChiliPiper, Outreach, SalesLoft, ClickUp, ChurnZero, Apollo, LeanData, etc.
  • Hands-on experience integrating these tools with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of data management, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
  • Experience with project management and time tracking tools (e.g., Harvest, ClickUp).

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RevOps, CRM management, or related fields.
  • Active Salesforce and HubSpot certifications (Admin preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing technical projects and communicating with customer stakeholders.
  • Fantastic communication skills and a detail-oriented working style.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and expertise in designing complex workflows.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflow automations.
  • Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CS Ops experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be available during regular business hours for client meetings and collaboration calls with the RevOnyx leadership team.
  • Preference for candidates based in Arizona; must be located in the US.
