We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales and marketing processes, improving data quality, and scaling business operations to support our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack including CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Define and track KPIs and produce actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
