Day to day:
- Help us establish a baseline set of metrics for tracking our goals.
- Pitch, listen and put to work ideas from the team.
- Design, implement, and scale organic and paid marketing strategies, analyzing and optimizing channel mix and funnel performance.
- Generate data-driven hypotheses and run A/B tests across different segments, user flows, strategies, channels, and campaigns for validation.
- Create programs and campaigns that engage and grow a user base from signup through conversion, engagement, and advocacy.
What we’re looking for:
- Sales Tech / Fintech experience very helpful, but not required.
- Experience with growth hacking strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
- Excellent written communication.
- High level of ownership over work product.
- Strong project management skills.
- Creativity and a strong innovative/entrepreneurial streak.
