Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Day to day:

  • Help us establish a baseline set of metrics for tracking our goals.
  • Pitch, listen and put to work ideas from the team.
  • Design, implement, and scale organic and paid marketing strategies, analyzing and optimizing channel mix and funnel performance.
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and run A/B tests across different segments, user flows, strategies, channels, and campaigns for validation.
  • Create programs and campaigns that engage and grow a user base from signup through conversion, engagement, and advocacy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales Tech / Fintech experience very helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with growth hacking strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • High level of ownership over work product.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creativity and a strong innovative/entrepreneurial streak.
