The Role
The Business Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our sales processes, systems, and performance. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to drive efficiency, provide actionable insights, and ensure the smooth operation of our sales engine.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations
- Support the sales team with process improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Manage sales territories and lead assignments
- Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Onboard and train new sales operations team members
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools is a plus
