We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations, Enterprise & Global Accounts to join our growing team.
About the Role:
Revpath is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales Operations to lead our Enterprise and Global Accounts sales operations. This is a critical role responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and enabling the success of our most strategic customer segments.
You will work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of our go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operations strategy for Enterprise and Global Accounts.
- Oversee and optimize all sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal desk operations.
- Manage and enhance the sales technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, CPQ, etc.) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to set quotas, territories, and compensation plans for the Enterprise and Global Accounts teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and remove roadblocks for the sales team.
- Manage a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation, qualification, and handover processes.
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Support the Customer Success team in ensuring a smooth customer onboarding and expansion process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a significant portion focused on Enterprise and/or Global Accounts.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales operations strategies.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
