About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our sales organization. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize performance, and enhance overall sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to uncover opportunities for improvement and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their data needs and provide timely, accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific sales initiatives and business questions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics capabilities and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
