We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by managing and optimizing our sales processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce).
* Develop and generate sales reports and dashboards.
* Support the sales team with quoting, pricing, and proposal generation.
* Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
* Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on various initiatives.
* Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools and processes.
* Ensure data integrity within the sales systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
* Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with sales enablement tools.
* Understanding of sales methodologies.
