The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our sales organization and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the processes, systems, and strategies that enable our sales team to perform at their highest level. This is a critical leadership position that will directly impact our company’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operations strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Design and manage sales processes, territories, quotas, and compensation plans.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting models and pipelines management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations functions in high-growth companies.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
