Rex is seeking a scrappy, high-output GTM Manager to help launch and scale early-stage B2B technology ventures. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, entrepreneurial executor with 5-9 years of experience in early-stage B2B tech, who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to roll up their sleeves to drive the first wave of revenue.
Requirements
- Own outbound GTM execution: cold outreach, booking meetings, pitching, and iterating on messaging
- Build first pipelines through creative outbound, LinkedIn, and event-based channels
- Develop sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and slide decks from scratch
- Work directly with engineering/product teams to tailor offerings to customer needs
- Run fast, scrappy campaigns to test messaging, pricing, and positioning
- Launch pilot programs and close early POCs with clear ROI
- Capture early customer feedback and help shape the GTM playbook
- Lay groundwork for scalable commercialization: basic CRM setup, reporting, and sales operations
