Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements
- Proven ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized roles
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
