Manager, Field & Marketing Operations (Speaker Bureau)

Rhythm is seeking a Field & Marketing Operations Manager for the Speaker Bureau to manage logistics, planning, and execution for speaker programs. The role involves coordinating venue selection, travel, compliance, and budget management for national and regional symposia, with the primary liaison with field teams for speaker programs. This position reports to the Associate Director, Field & Marketing Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in administration and management of commercial operations logistics
• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordinating within the peer to peer, medical education, and/or speaker bureau industry
• 2+ years of experience as a speaker bureau coordinator or meeting planner working within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing vendor partners/consultants and leading project teams
